Welcome to Prague!

It is our pleasure to welcome you to four-day meeting on Public Administration Reform on Local And Regional Level For Eastern Partnership Countries.

The seminar will serve as resource and practical assistance in achieving the goals set by 20 Deliverables by 2020 in the field of public administration, anti-corruption and engaging with civil society. The seminar will focus in particular on using the e-services/smart solutions in areas of local and regional government . It will make use of practices and lessons learned of the Member States (Czech Republic and Estonia) who have gone through similar challenges in above mentioned areas as EaP countries face and will establish working level contacts and cooperation between specialists from Member States and EaP on these issues. The lessons learned from the seminar should be beneficial to EaP partner countries in tackling their domestic reform challenges in the above-mentioned areas of PAR.
