Financial support
The organisers will provide limited financial support to a number of invited participants. Participants eligible for funding will be contacted directly by the organisers.
Venue
13 - 14 March 2024
The conference will take place at the Hotel Bedford Brussels Hotel & Congress Centre (Armstrong Conference Room). For more information regarding the hotel location, please visit the website.
The event will start at 09:00. A registration desk will be open at the venue 30 min in advance. At the registration desk you will receive your badge and you will be kindly asked to sign an attendance list.

The working languages of the meetings will be English.
Accommodation
Funded participants will be provided with a single room accommodation at the Bedford Brussels Hotel & Congress Centre, as per arranged travel itinerary. The room booking will be done on your name. In case you need the booking reservation confirmation please contact Ms. Kateryna Grygorenko (kateryna.grygorenko@cecoforma.com).
Non-funded participants are kindly invited to contact Ms. Kateryna Grygorenko for a possible special rate at Bedford Hotel, or at hotels located nearby (see the list of hotels suggested by the organisers).
Transfer
The transfer from/to airport - hotel is not provided by the organisers. You may check the transport options on the website of the airport.
Individual transportation can be arranged upon your request via your hotel, but the cost might be higher. Please contact your hotel directly.
Cancellation and no-show policy
If you have to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to kateryna.grygorenko@cecoforma.com so we can minimise financial losses and give another participant the possibility to join the event.
