It is our pleasure to welcome you to one-day meeting of the 2^nd EaP e-democracy conference: ‘Digitalisation and Transformation’.

All countries are in a transition phase towards a digital world, which should strengthen democratic institutions and processes as well as good governance. Countries in transition are faced with multiple transitions at the same time. Some are looking for their own, renewed model of democracy, incorporating new technologies and electronic channels.
