The above event is co-organised and financed by the European Commission - DG NEAR within the framework of the ENI East Instrument.
Venue
The event is scheduled to take place in two separate locations. Kindly refer to the additional details provided below.
1. The Official Opening and Networking Dinner will start at 18:00 local time on 20/06/2023 an the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Bank Hall, Malmtorgsgatan 3, Stockholm, Sweden.
2. The seminar will be held at the Konferenscenter Lejonet, meeting room Lunden, 1st floor.
The registration desk will open 30 minutes before the event starts. Kindly ensure that you sign the attendance list when you arrive. Disinfectant hand-gel will be available at the entrance of the room.

Participants will have access to complimentary coffee breaks and lunch which are included in the event program.

Arrival participants: 20 June 2023.
Official Opening and Networking Dinner: 20 June 2023 from 18h00 will be held at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Bank Hall, Malmtorgsgatan 3, Stockholm, Sweden.
Seminar: 21 - 22 June 2023 will be held at the Konferenscenter Lejonet, meeting room Lunden, 1st floor, Drottninggatan 4 11151 Stockholm, Sweden.
Departure participants: 23 June 2023.

Accommodation
The European Commission will cover the cost of a single room accommodation for sponsored participants, in accordance with the travel itinerary for this event.
Participants who are not sponsored by the European Commission can contact Ms Eleni Fedorova to inquire about a possible discount at the event hotel.
Entry Regulations

Insurance
Please note that participants are not insured by European Commission while taking part in the meeting unless you insure yourself prior to the visit.
Sponsored participants are eligible for insurance reimbursement from the European Commission, provided that the insurance period does not go beyond the conference duration of 20-23 June 2023 and the corresponding travel dates. To get reimbursed, please bring the original payment receipts and a copy of your insurance policy to the event registration desk.
