VENUE
The meeting will be held online in a virtual meeting room.
The event will start at 10:00 EET on 17/11/2020. (09:00 Brussels Time).
One day before the meeting, you will receive connection details for the event.

SPEAKER'S PRESENTATIONS
If you have a presentation to support your speech, please make sure to contact dickson.kalunga@cecoforma.com to book a quick training session. All presentations (videos) must be sent in advance to the mentioned e-mail.
EQUIPMENT
For this event WEBEX meeting tool will be used. For the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and the internet browser. Before attending the event, test that your microphone and headphones are working correctly. If possible, use a headset microphone and headphones to avoid echo and background noise.
We advise you to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for the best possible experience.
For best experience use wired internet connection. If using wi-fi connection, disconnect other devices connected to the same wi-fi stream.
Only activate (unmute) your microphone if you need to say something.
DRESS CODE
It is advised to wear business attire, avoiding flashy colors fabric with patterns (dots, stripes etc.).
SETUP & LIGHTNING
Pick a quiet environment where you won’t be disturbed, mute TV, mobile phone and landlines. Best to have light colored uniform background e.g. white/grey wall.
Clear good light on front face, avoid back light.
JOINING THE MEETING
One day prior the event you will receive an invitation with link to join the meeting and a password. Please log on to the conference 10 min. in advance for the final technical checks.
When registering for the meeting write your first and second name followed by the country you represent.
