Practical Information

The event is co-financed by the European Commission - DG NEAR, the Swedish Embassy in Vilnius, the Lithuanian CSO Centre for Equality Advancement, the European Institute of Gender Equality (EIGE) and the Lithuanian Parliament within the framework of the ENI East Instrument.

The pre-conference will take place at the European Institute for Gender Equality. For more information regarding the venue location, please visit the website.

The event will start at 14:00. A registration desk will be open at the venue 30 min in advance. At the registration desk you will receive your badge and you will be kindly asked to sign an attendance list.

Coffee breaks will be provided for all the registered participants on site.

Dinner 
The welcome reception will take place at the Residence of the Swedish Ambassador on Thuesday 25 of May 2023 18:00 – 20:00. 

 

Working languages

The event will be held in English. No interpretation is provided.

 

Local transportation 

The transfer from/to airport - hotel is not provided by the organiser.

Indivisual transportation can be arranged on your request via your hotel, but the cost might be higher. Please contact your hotel directly.
