The working language of the meeting will be English.
Accommodation
European Commission sponsored participants will be provided with a single room accommodation, as per arranged travel itinerary at Orea Hotels Pyramida Praha. The room booking will be done on your name. In case you need the booking reservation confirmation please contact Ms. Vira Grygorenko via vira.grygorenko@cecoforma.com .
Participants which are not sponsored by theEuropean Commission are kindly invited to contact Ms. Vira Grygorenko, for a possible group rate at the event hotel.
Local transportation
The transfer from/to airport - hotel is not provided by the organiser.
Indivisual transportation can be arranged on your request via your hotel, but the cost might be higher. Please contact your hotel directly.
COVID-19
The entry rules for the passengers arriving to Czech Republic from abroad.
As of 9 April 2022, the Czech Republic has suspended all COVID-19 related entry restrictions for travelers. Travelers to the Czech Republic are no longer required to complete a Passenger Locator Form, provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or prior infection, etc. Additional information is available on the Czech Ministry of Interior’s COVID-19 websites https://www.mvcr.cz/mvcren/article/coronavirus-information-of-moi.aspx, https://covid.gov.cz/en/situations/foreigners/possibilities-and-obligations-foreigners-when-entering-cz .
Please note: the situation might change. Make sure to keep an eye on the webpage of the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Interior.
For sponsored participants, health insurance and COVID-19 test costs are reimbursed by the European Commission. The reimbursed insurance period cannot exceed the duration of the event. Original payment receipts (printed paper version) and a copy of insurance and COVID-19 test must be provided for reimbursement on site in Czech Republic. For more details please contact Ms. Vira Grygorenko.
Insurance
Please note that participants are not insured by European Commission while taking part in the meeting unless you insure yourself prior to the visit. Reimbursement of the insurance and visa cost will be done for the EaP participants onsite at the event, against the original paper receipt.
Cancellation and no-show policy
If you have to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible, by sending an e-mail to vira.grygorenko@cecoforma.com so we can minimise financial losses and give another participant the opportunity to join the event.
