Coffee breaks and buffet lunch will be offered at the venue of the event.
Insurance
Please note that participants are responsible for their own insurance and will not be covered by the European Commission during the event.

Simultaneous interpretation in English and Russian will be provided throughout the event.
Airport transfer
The CAT City Airport Train offers a rapid connection between airport and city center (16 minutes). You can purchase a train ticket at the airport’s baggage claim area or online. The first train from Wien-Mitte departs at 5.37 am, the last from the airport in the direction of Wien-Mitte at 11.39 pm.
You can also purchase a combination ticket CAT+City-Ticket for Vienna, to use Vienna’s public transport system. These are valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours.
