On behalf of the Chair of IRB EWG of EaPeReg, it is our pleasure to welcome you to the IRB EWG of EaPeReg WORKSHOP on Electronic Communications Market Analysis Process and Key Elements under the European Union Law.
The Worksop aims at presenting the participants the EU rules and practices related to market analysis within the electronic communication sector. Thus, topics such as relevant products and services susceptible to the National Regulatory Authority regulation and their regularly review, the adequate remedies aimed at addressing market failures etc are among the subjects to be discussed during this event.
